By the Water

They stare out over the water deep in thought.  I am referring to the people we see on our morning walk along the edge of Lake Minnewaska.  

They are often sitting on the end of their dock, coffee in hand.  Chairs of all shapes and sizes line the shore to set the stage for the visitor to the waters edge.  

All ages are attracted to the water.  Is it the water itself, or the clouds and the rocks?  Perhaps it is the combination.  The sunset brings all of it together.

All seem to be at peace with themselves.  That is what the water can do for you.
