Walk along Lake Shore Drive

It is a two mile walk down to Peter's Resort on Lake Minnewaska.  Lakeshore Drive makes for a nice morning walk.  Cabins, houses, big houses, cottonwood trees, and bird life and the lake views make for a scenic walk.  Here is a peek into our walk.

Big cottonwood trees line the shore of Lake Minnewaska

And an occasional birch tree

There are cabins, houses, and BIG houses 

Cabins which are also year round homes

and BIG homes.

But the fun is seeing sights like this baby goose.  And, you betcha, some families still fly the Norwegian flag.

So, as we enjoy Lakeshore Drive today,
